I have been with the surgery for a few years and I am very happy with the service and treatment I have received. All the staff are very friendly and helpful, i have always been able to get an appointment when needed. |

Sadly the practice manager lets the doctors surgery down. The doctors themselves are ok, the surgery location is good and the other reception staff I have dealt with before have always been nice but sadly now your first point of call is the most rudest person I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. I was told there was no appointments and I should of thought about ringing earlier (despite me trying many times but couldn't get through) then I was told I should not be wasting appointments and should of done it online, I was never informed of an online service which would of been handy to know about but still they would not explain the service to me, I have then took a letter in to request a prescription to have them raise their voice and when I ask what's the process of receiving the prescription to be told well we haven't got time to ring you if you don't like it go elsewhere. I only wanted to know the process of what I needed to do to get the medicine I need. So sad that this is the person you need help from but treats you like this and makes it so hard! It doesn't hurt to be polite and helpful especially when your in a position where people need medical care! |

Very rude and unhelpful reception staff, one particular doctor would rather not be working there (overheard her talking ‘off duty’) and her patient care represents this, she’s not bothered and wants you in and out as quick as possible. The locums however are lovely and really seem caring and considerate. |
