Got through to surgery at 8.11am, the surgery opens at 8am and only to be told we are only open half day as we have training this afternoon, I’ll send you and online link that will get you an appointment within 48 hours. I reluctantly went on the link only to find it advised me to call 111! I was totally fobbed off by the receptionist. I can’t help but think it was because I said that my issue was private. This isn’t the first time my medical concerns have been treated in this way! | ||||||

I've been a member of this practise for several years and although sometimes I will have to wait several days for an appointment the staff are always very good.
I have always liked my doctor and feel he treats me with respect and takes the time to listen to my concerns.
The receptionist is always friendly and helpful.
Overall I am pleased with this practise and happy with the service. | ||||||

I and my family have been with this practice for many years and have no complaints at all. The staff are always polite and helpful and the doctor has helped and is still helping us a great deal with my wife's M.S. The doctor has even seen us when we hadn't an appointment! | ||||||
