We have been patients of this surgery for around 20 years and find their approach to patients being one of constant helpful and thorough treatment. Appointments are given to those who need them, not demand them. Helpful reception staff always try to help in the best way. Over the past year I have had to attend the practice almost weekly due to various health conditions. Some very serious.I have been treated with a level of professionalism, friendliness and support that I would not anticipate, but have come to expect from every member of the team there. They have continually gone out of their way to ensure that my needs have been met, and there positive attitude and cheerful approach have raised my spirits when I have been feeling low. This surgery's appointment process is very ineffecient . They expect you to call at 8 am on the day for the emergency appointments but when you call at sharp 8 am and they say appointments are finished. Same story every time you call for an appointments. Even for kids we never receive an appointment when needed. Almost impossible to get the appointments. Receptionists are rude and have no manners. I will never recommend this surgery. | ||||||
