I have been a part of this surgery for nearly 10 years now. the receptionist are always rude and don't deal with your questions and do not point us in the direction of someone who may know. The receptionist always keep us waiting while they gossip in front of us. The doctors are really polite but they seem to be over worked. They offer really good advice and they take care of you. The receptionist and the way the GP communicates with their patients is awful. Never seen a place like this before. | ||||||

Gasgoine branch ---- I had an appointment today at 3.50pm I rang to say I maybe late by 5 - 10 mins due to delays on the train between eastham and barking. I got to the doctors and the reception was dealing with someone. As soon as it was my turn they said I was late they called and said to the doctor I have just turned up, not explaining to the doctor my circumstances. Once of the phone they state I have to book an appointment which is not for another 3 weeks. I told them the whole point was to have this appointment after two weeks was to check how my blood pressure is going with the tablets given. As I have been referred to a heart specialist. They basically said tough take the new appointment in 3 weeks or leave it. I said I will leave it as it doesn't seem to me that this doctor gives a dam about patients or you as receptionist. Bloody joke. | ||||||
