Cannot praise the doctors enough for the professionalism, care, medical knowledge friendliness, understanding, basically everything you would expect from a doctor. Yes it's sometimes hard to get through the phone to speak to a receptions but it is understandable as there is only one person at the desk who needs to also serve patients face 2 face. it would be very helpful to have someone on the phones only at all times, even then this problem may not be solved but all in all, cannot fault the medical service provided. I moved houses and i refused to changed doctors because of their professionalism and and medical care they provide to me and my family.Keep up the good work. | ||||||

WHAT A SHAMBLES Reception team at both branches are not fit to be admin staff at all we are dealing with peoples lives and health surely we should try and get this right. If its not making a cockup with appointments and records it's gossiping about paintents while other paintents are present in the surgery or bad mouthing the cleaners on site. I have been registered at this practice for 2 years and had nothing but an unpleasant experience on all occasions with Reception/ Admin staff. Aurora its about time you get this right it make me uncomfortable to even try and book a simple appointment with you. | ||||||
