I needed information and as was local to the Practice I decided to walk in. I expected to be told to go and make my enquiry by phone only. Nope- I was pleasantly proved wrong! The receptionist was most welcoming and incredibly patient at listening to my query. She was very efficient and able to provide me with information there and then. I was not fobbed off at all. Such a lovely lady who was so approachable and super helpful. This lady knows her job and what's what! THANK YOU Keep up your terrific work. | ||||||

I dealt with the pharmacist at the Laburnum Health centre on the 5/3/2024 and it was a refreshing change to find someone so helpful with a good knowledge of my problem. She had time to listen and explain in detail a way forward with my issue. | ||||||
