Sometimes they are good sometimes they are not, I have no idea why. All of the negative comments I have read here have happened to me including being refused by a GP for help and then subsequently being found to have been right in my being ill. Yet all the good stuff has also happened to me as well at this surgery so there is no overall judgement to be had here. There is no point in using one’s own ideas as to why they are not consistent. I suppose they are subject to stress as well, surely .I found at one time that having a concerted go back, on the spot as it happened and taking them all on and having an impromptu heated discussion did clear the air and did improve receptionist and manager behaviour and lasted a good couple of years . Ah well, there are worse things, like no GP at all, eh. |

My late Mum was a patient of this practice for many years, I was disappointed when I looked at the rating for the Practice. Mum was always happy with the care there and the wonderful staff as was I, who cared for my Mum for the last few years. Great Practice, in fact first rate. Mum would thank you as she always did, Mum was always happy with the Practice: the level of care and support outstanding! Thank You all ! |
