I came several times for the day emergency appointment. Well received by receptionist and booking is without issues. GPs were helpful and gave good advice. Prescription was received 2 hours after GPs issued. Thank you excellent service | ||||||

This surgery is terrible, you can never get an appointment even for your young child, they will simply tell you to ring again tomorrow at 8am, so you ring constantly until 9:20am and when you do finally get through to a human, they tell you “we have no appointments available today, ring back tomorrow” and we repeat this tedious process for days and days.. there’s no compassion or care in the “care” that they provide, they literally give you a few minutes of their time with no answers/help or advice before they’re basically shoving you out the door because “they need to see their next patient”… pffffttt | ||||||

I cannot fault this surgery. All the nurses doctors and receptionists have been absolutely brilliant. I have had no problem getting to see a doctor or nurse. This practise is the best. Even notify by text when you need a blood test or other tests. Cannot fault this surgery at all. | ||||||
