The Doctor and team at this surgery are very good and when I see them I feel confident then I come out that the doctor has listened to me, arranged and explained next course of action and does not rush the appointment for next patient.
The reception team are very helpful, caring and considerate at all times.
There were problems with getting an appointment within 2 weeks but this has greatly improved recently.

We are delighted to provide you with a quality service and pleased to hear you are happy with the level of care you receive. We strive to ensure all patients leave their consultation with knowledge of the problems they are experiencing, the options available to them and the best course of action to resolve their condition. Our reception team are always happy to assist with any queries and the reception desk is now open all day with the exception of Thursday when we close at 12:30. We no longer close the reception desk at lunchtime so appointments can be made, queries answered and prescriptions collected throughout the working day. We did have some difficulties in the past providing enough appointment slots and have been working hard to resolve this problem. We are delighted that our amendments are showing positive results and we will continue to work on improving appointment availability. We hope you will continue to see improvements in our service in the future and welcome suggestions on changes we can make to improve the experience for all patients. | ||||||

The doctor is a great doctor, he is one of those doctors that does not rush you through your appointment, if you are unsure of the treatment he prescribes, he will explain in detail putting you at ease.
My wife and i have been his patients for quite some years now, helping her through very stressful times. Just recently my wife has had trouble walking because of pain in her groin area, not only did he get her an appointment to have an x-ray, he made her an appointment for a ct scan and an ultrasound scan to see what the cause was, even then, after finding what was causing the pain, he then made another appointment for to have Physiotherapy.
The treatment we receive from the doctor is second to none, the treatment i have just wrote about is not the only one that the doctrr has helped my wife through, there are more serious ones,ones i am not prepared to go into at this time.
When you read these reviews, it's always something bad that has happened, hardly ever do you see a good review, something nice, that people have to say, well, that's what i am doing now, writing something nice about our doctor and his surgery, not forgetting the girls at the reception and the nurses, they could all do with a bit of praise.
As i said at the beginning of this review, we have been with this doctor for quite a few years, when we moved house 11 years ago, we said we would have to change doctors, (which we did'nt really want to do), because of having to call the doctor out, but, we were told , we were just inside the area and that he did'nt want to lose us, in my eyes, that is a doctor you can trust! | ||||||

very hard to find book an appointment even for my children..it was best in a previous doctor's period.. we really miss him ..now more than 3500 patients. Now we must be patience | ||||||
