Thank you for referring my brother for a Physiotherapy DV this lunch time, on a Public bak w/e as requested. It was very helpful in idemityfying some of his issues : new simmer frame, instruction of certain ways of mobilising . Also it was suggested getting a specialist Physio worker once a week for 6 weeks helping, supporting and advising in certain areas. The Physio also agreed to referring my brother for an Occupational Therapy and Enabling Team in removing some of the unwanted furnitures that could be used by other s in the community and the living / sleeping area is fully cluttered with unwanted equipments. I am also aware my brother has a an opt apt. Could kindly refer my brother for an urgent and vital O/T at home and a Neurological assessment. During the review it was highlighted the present Care Package needed to reviewed in the light of Physio , support and an urgent OT assessments. Doctor, may I thank you for your kind and undivided attention you have shown to my brother's care and support needs. It would be helpful if you would kindly suggest to contact me during OT / Social Worker dv either on w/e, Monday or Friday. May I kindly thank you again. namaste. |
