Lines are always busy. When you get through they tell you to go online. My elderly parents can’t access online. It’s no wonder people end up in A and E. Online system is appalling and doesn’t have all the ailments listed. Would have moved mum and dad to another surgery but Doctors are very good. Shame the reception staff let them down. | ||||||

We can never get appointment. No patient care at this practice. I wanted a appointment with my doctor went through the online consult, doctor still didn’t give me appointment only phone call appointment after 2 weeks. If anything happens me me during these 2 weeks it is tollgate medical centres fault for neglect. | ||||||
