reception staff who picks up your phone calls is extremely rude, I called in, distressed about a medicine that was not repeated by a doctor that helps me breastfeed and about another medicine that helps with the nerve pain after my c section, she put me on hold for ages and then said the doctor said I can buy this from the shops and didn’t even tell me about the other medicine (which you cannot buy) After explaining why I need it repeated, she interrupted me whilst talking (even after I told her that someone told me to call at 8 this morning to book an appointment with the doctor) she did not listen to me and told me appointments are for emergencies only - I’m sorry but what makes her qualified to tell me my problem is not an emergency? She then said she will speak to the doctor and someone will get back to me, and whilst I was asking her how long that could take, she said ‘bye’ rudely and put down the phone. There are plenty of people who would appreciate a job right now, people like her don’t deserve this job especially speaking to people who could possibly be distressed and concerned. She has no manners or customer service skills. I will take this further and I want this call listened to. | ||||||

A few of the receptionists, one in particular, who I would like to name but won't, was rude. These people are suppose to the frontline for the surgery, well how is that achieved when the receptionist, not all, are very unkind. They chose to be in this profession yet fail to meet the job requirements of simply being attentive and supportive. I have written many complaints about the people that are employed there and still they keep employing disgusting human beings who consistently fail at their jobs. It's beneath me. If they don't know how to answer a call and be supportive, clearly they're in the wrong job. It's a shame to write a comment based on the whole surgery when only one or two people are letting the system down. It's very simple go find a job where you don't have to work with people. A zoo maybe, if they will have you! | ||||||

Called today to return a call. I was number 3 in the que when I started, Now number 1 in que over an hour later. This is ridiculous how can you justify speaking to 3 patients only in over an over. I had to just give up and put the phone down. I find the receptionist team unpolite, unhelpful and unwilling. They are really letting this practice down | ||||||
