Disappointed . I am suffering with PCOS problem. And I have no idea how many times I called GP for treatment. But they only giving me appointments , no treatment, nothing. The phone call with Doctor is a joke just a couple of questions asked without any care. I took private test because they are not doing anything and I paid £350 for that test. I tried to consult my report with GP doctor but instead of telling me my report, he asked me about report. He did not even check my report. He hang up the call in anger without listening to me. I already spent one year and still I have to wait 6 months because they referred my case to gynecologist after one year and there I need to wait for 22 weeks for appointment. Very bad experience of my life. Not recommended this GP to anyone. I fear for my life with this practice. | ||||||

I am very happy with my GP Practice. Previously I was registered at a Practice in Church Road they were absolutely awful had to wait at least 10mins until the phone got answered. Here they are quick and efficient dealing with queries. I would recommend this practice to people in Newham | ||||||

been with this surgery for long time i have no issues with surgery i found that all staff from reception tp manger and doctor have treated with respect dignity and have been involved with all aspect of decision and no issues with appointment at when i had needed the appointment i had given i had also been seen in emergency appointment i must say big thank you to birchdale medical centre i recommend this surgery its been very good | ||||||
