I’ve been a patient here since 2012, and they have always been excellent. I’m not sure I would have got thorough a specific issue in the recent past without Dr Greenfield. He went above and beyond to ensure I was ok, and to safeguard my son. I have never struggled to get an appointment appropriate to the urgency of the clinical problem at hand. They have alway offers same day appointments for my primary school aged child. Even when technically there were no appointment slots available. I was seen face to face, rapidly, during covid when I had symptoms concerning for cancer. If you want doctors who will go the extra mile, this is the practice for you! |

I’ve been registered with this surgery for about 15 years. I’ve been misdiagnosed, dismissed, and let down a few times. Most recently, I was put on a course of antidepressants, and the doctors here have allowed them to run out several times and won’t put them on repeat (it’s been 5 months…). A few weeks ago I had to call 111 as I had been trying to get an appointment for weeks for a refill and couldn’t. I was suicidal and self harming as a result, and 111 put me through to several doctors, one of which wrote an email to this GP asking them to do their job. The receptionists knew I was suicidal, and she knew this was an urgent daily medication, and didn’t care AT ALL. They refused to put a note through to my doctor. I came out of the call distraught every time from the lack of care. I almost died because of this. Very, very disappointing. PS: the antidepressants don’t work after you’ve stopped using them for a while, so they’re totally useless now. It took me 10 years to finally ask for them. You have failed your young mental health patients. |
