The reception staff has no manners to speak to customers, they make you feel as they are giving you a big favour which you don't deserve by answering your phone call.spoke to the lady for emergency appointment and told her i have some personal issue whih i can only discuss which my doctor.to which the answer was, i can't give you any appointment without telling me. I said i have some personal issuewhich i dont wana share with you and only the doctor to which i was replied, you can go somewhere else if you want such privacy, and you are not the only patient here, and the phone was hungup. |

Tgey have bever got any appointments availavle , the staff is always rude on phone and tell you no Appointments even if you are the first one to call in the mornimg .even if you get one by any chance, and you get there the staff is horribly rude ,will make you wait for no reason and will get angry on simple questions , Reply from Green Lane, Goodmayes Medical Practice Tue, 23 Jul 2019 12:45:42 +0100 Thank you for your comments. We apolgise if you feel our staff was rude and that you had to wait a long time on the telephone. Early mornings are the busiest time and staff are having to deal with patients requesting appointments both on the telephone and at the front desk. We do have available urgent appointments for mornings and afternoons but the practice policy is for these appoimtments to be triaged to ensure that they are used appropriately i.e. for urgent reasons. |

Reception staff are absolutely rude and abrupt, have no manner in how to speak to their customers. I called to book emergency appointment to be told all appointments have gone, they repeatedly asked what was wrong with me. Spoke to lady who shouted at me and got into an aggressive argument as i told her not to shout at me. I asked to speak to manager who also dismissed the fact her staff shouted and was also abrupt.
Staff have no care or sympathy for patients very rude and argumentative and do not understand how to compose customer services.
Your staff need to go on CS courses, if you cant conduct in a professional manner with your patients you shouldn't be first point of contact or represent the NHS. |
