Hainault Surgery. I have been with this Surgery for 75 years, and have always had the best treatment l wanted. Dr Chatterjee the previous Dr. Before Dr Suri always looked after my family and Dr Suri has done the same. Can get appointments and repeat prescriptions without any problems and the manager treats us well. Thank you for all you have done for me as l reach the ripe old healthy age of 80. Leslie Cutbill. |

Called in Friday last week to book an appointment with the doctor regarding my mental health. Given a time and date of 6.15 Wednesday. Monday evening I get a text asking me to confirm my appointment for 7pm Tuesday - which I have not agreed and cannot do. I called in this morning (Tuesday) to be told I have misunderstood?? I have not misunderstood anything at all. You have given me a booking which is incorrect and now telling me you cannot do this regarding my mental health? It’s nice to see how serious mental health is taken! The booking was made with the receptionist woman called Josh who is the same lady this morning telling me I have misunderstood her - again I have misunderstood nothing. I will now be sorting my mental health out myself and also change doctors. All the negative reviews you are reading about this surgery are correct. Imagine having suicidal thoughts, reaching out to your GP and they let you down? Crazy |

This is an overall review of the surgery. First of all I don’t know where these positive reviews are from, I’ve never spoken to anyone who’s had a good thing to say about the surgery. I’m not surprised they are anonymous. The surgery has two receptionists, one very polite and one usually rude, because they sound similar it can be hard to tell them apart, only their attitudes separate them. Dr Suri seems the most disinterested doctor I have ever met who doesn’t even bother to communicate with you, usually I have to diagnose myself and tell him what’s wrong. He failed to diagnose my dad’s cancer, even though my dad went to him repeatedly with the problem, he’s been dead four years now. So nowadays all I rely on him for are repeat prescriptions, but to be honest the NHS has gone downhill full stop and more people that I know go into hospital and end up dying after showing big signs of recovery? But sticking with Dr Suri’s surgery, a big improvement is needed there because if he failed my father then he’s failing other elderly people too and this is life or death to them but just another paycheck to him which really grates on me and others I suppose. And the last time I went to his surgery actually I’ve just remembered, he wouldn’t even do anything about the problem I had which to me is quite serious, and a future court case waiting to happen. All in all if you live in Hainault then you are pretty screwed because Manford Way’s surgery is not much better from what I hear and is overworked due to more people going to that surgery then Dr Suri. Hopefully in the future things will change for the better ?? |
