My appointment was at 1550. I reached at 1543 just to make sure. I am 67 year old young man. The receptionist is weak. Can hardly speak to patients. He does not know what to do in circumstances as he is a trainee. No one sitting next to him. I had to go to work. After 50 odd mins of waiting, walked out. No one to say sorry or apologise for running late. What a way to run surgery. It’s no more patients just a shop to make money from taxpayers, for the owners and doctors practices on contract. It’s a sorry state of surgeries. It’s a monopoly. You WILL have to go to see SOME doctor one day. |

Staff are very rude need to be educated. My wife came home and was really upset. I went to the surgery and spoke to the staff how they spoke to my wife (taste of their own medicine) soon got called in to a private room. |
