Get ready to be on hold for 1-3 hours on the phone. Visiting there, no patients in the waiting room, reception staff on permanent coffee breaks. We even phoned them from the building, put in a holding queue of > 50 , even though none of the receptionists were actually answering phones. So they are manipulating the queueing system. Claim to book appointments that don't materialise, send you SMS reminders to book appointments , then SMS you to cancel them. Appalling surgery, dread to think how much damage this service has caused to patients. This surgery needs a serious audit and an external body to make radically improvements. If it was a school, it would have been closed down months ago. | ||||||

Terrible gps here Nickila and chidambaram Balachander spread yeast to patients. Nickila is a coke addict. They are desperate for cash. Chidambaram has molested patients in the past. | ||||||
