Seems a complicated way of getting an urgent appointment. I called the surgery and was told I had to call at 8.30 the next day for an urgent appointment. When 8 did I was told I needed to fill out a triage form. I did this and waited for a doctor to call me back. I told him exactly what was on the form and he asked me to come into the surgery. Seems a waste of everyone’s time. Maybe a nurse should take the calls of patients phoning for urgent appointments and she can triage them immediately as the do in hospital AandE. Otherwise service is good |

Whenever I visit the surgery, which is fairly regularly , I have been treated well apart from once about a year ago. I receive a B12 injection and the nurse is always first class and extremely professional and friendly. All the staff are friendly and most even know my name. I cannot give any more information but I know I am in safe hands. |

I had an emergency appointment today with a particular doctor about a sensitive issue. He was really helpful and informative and I am so grateful for how he handled my situation today. I just wanted to pass on my appreciation and let you know he's doing a great job. |
