Given the constraints of the NHS as presently funded, this is a first rate practice. Some common sense is required in accessing services but, whenever needed, we have always received the best service from doctors and staff alike. | ||||||

Friday 22nd of March Surgery closed 1/2 day ( No advance notice )
I could not get my prescription.
Why can Leybourne not be open the same times as Kings hill and West Malling? why is leybourne the only surgery closed Tue and Thur? | ||||||

West Malling GP is quite possibly the most useless GP ever!
To book an appointment expect to be on hold for an hour and then once you get through don't expect to speak to someone caring and considerate. Every receptionist I have dealt with has genuinely ruined my mood with immediate effect. They are blunt and miserable.
They have introduced a policy where depending on the day of the week you can only book appointments in for that day in the upcoming weeks. For example; if you phone on a Monday you can only book in appointments for the following Monday's to come - you cannot book in for any other day of the week unless you call back on that particular day.
There is nothing wrong with the Doctor's themselves (really) but if you are lucky enough to get an appointment with one then you'll never experience this anyway - you'll just experience anger and frustration.
I have now thankfully moved out of the area and have gone private instead which is already a million times better.
Good Riddance to the joke that is West Malling GP. | ||||||
