One of the worst GPs I had experience with. Impossible to make any appointments, dismissive on the phone when you do get through. GPs are not helpful, they read info from Google and pass it on to you. | ||||||

The Gps are good, if you can get an appointment in less than a month - good luck to you, waiting times are very long.
But reception/admin are absolutely terrible. They don't read and act on notes or correspondence from hospital properly, they are terrible at getting prescription changes sorted and some of the receptionists are dreadfully unhelpful, unfriendly and patronizing, though others are very good.
All in all my experience has been very poor. | ||||||

Never be able to reach them on the phone to make an appointment and when they answer ask to call later! Doctor appointment took 2 minuts and help me nothing. Only my daughter doctors is god, very helpful doctor, problem is getting an appointment; always need to call 111 because can’t not rely on my gp. Sad. | ||||||
