This Surgery i have used for the last 5 years and i have not yet had an appointment when i wanted one. i would have to wait several weeks for one. After being told by doctors at the hospital i need to see my gp after 2 weeks i tried booking an appointment there and then with the hospital doctor present and they couldn't fit me in for nearly a months time.
the Medical staff are amazing the doctors definitely know what they are talking about and the nurse is amazing and was able to figure out what was wrong with me and i was out of the doctors office in 5 minutes due to fast thinking and accurate decisions.
However booking outrageous. Staff Very Good. | ||||||

I have been with the surgery for over 10 years and always found the service great. I have had nothing seriously wrong just routine check ups and stuff but when i have had concerns they have always been taken seriously and tests carried out. The reception staff are lovely and very helpful if your willing to talk to them, sometimes i haven't needed to see a doctor, and the nurse is great and offered all of the help and advise i need. I have recommended our surgery to a number of friends due to poor service at there Doctors. | ||||||

Can't get on the phone as do receptionists are useless, nurse thinks they know what they are doing but just as careless as the doctors. hugely avoid. 1.5 star rating for a reason. Have an on-going issue for over 1 year, been told to use over the counter medicine and refusing to provide hospital referral. Embarrassing to the NHS | ||||||
