Your reception staff are the worst I've every experienced. And this isn't new, due to Covid etc. They have been unhelpful, rude for the last 5 years at least, and I hate calling them to book an appointment because the talk to me like I am a beggar. I don't know why, when so many KIND people are looking for work we have to deal with people that are so rude and unhelpful. Especially when we are sick!!! I don't want to be treated like something that the cat dragged in, yet I feel that every time I call this surgery. And I don't even call often (because of them). Please do something about their customer service. We EXPECT better than this rubbish. Train them up or get someone kind do that job instead. | ||||||

I have been a patient for over 20 years
I can usually get an appointment with in the week
The staff at the surgery are always very helpful and very pleasant
And the GP's and Nurses have been there for many years who are always very smiley and welcoming

Every time my mum has an appointment at this surgery by herself they are utterly useless , I have to book time off work to go with her because they do not listening and are simply ignorant.
The staff are rude and stuck up, they mess up test results and the nurses are spiteful.
The doctors don’t listen to your needs or feelings.
If it wasn’t for me my mums blood pressure would still be on 194/80 as they don’t listen to medication needs
And in this day and age can we afford to mess up smear test results ?? No we can’t!! | ||||||
