A couple of receptionists are very abrupt and rude and puts me off calling when I know they are on shift. Working as a receptionist myself, I understand the work can be busy and stressful but there is no need to interrupt patients when they talk and be so abrupt. It is receptionists like this that give a bad name to the profession. |

I have noticed a vast improvement in both the doctors and staff in the last couple of years in South View. This is due to new younger and happier staff members with the correct attitude. Keep it up. |

As always some of the doctors are friendly and helpful. However getting to see one is another story. At times the administration is quite chaotic and communication between staff seems to be non existent at times. I would love to see the same doctor more than once as it seems a roller coaster as to whom one will see. Where’s the consistency in building up a picture of a patients health problems. Usually the doctor is reading your background information as you walk in the door. As a teacher imagine the horror on a parents face if I knew nothing about their child without looking at their books in front of them!!!! |
