I have been fortunate to have been accepted by DR HICKEY'S SURGERY AND STAFF who have been very pleasant and accomodating in regards to my prompt treatment concerning my addiction to drugs !!! I first saw a nurse N was examined by DR RILEY Whom I have had the pleasure of meeting with and treated by on a regular basis and am pleased ?? with his candour and warmth towards his patients !!! I have only a couple of dissatisfaction experiences in which 1) I was denied ENSURE IN BOTTLES BECAUSE OF THE NHS REGULATIONS PROHIBITING THE PRACTICE FROM PRESCRIBING THE DIETARY SUPPLEMENTS & ) DR RILEY DID NOT HONOR MY REQUEST FOR ANTIBIOTICS CONCERNING ?? A LESION / ULCER IN MY MOUTH ?? ( CHEEK ) ?? AND GUMS WITHOUT PROPER EXAMINATION OF THE PROBLEM WHICH HAS NOW ESCALATED TO A LIFE THREATENING CANCEROUS TUMOR !!! NEVERTHELESS I WOULD 2/3 TIMES RECOMMEND THE CLINIC TO A RELATIVE FRIEND OR STRANGER PERIOD !!! SINCERELY GEORGINA H. NEFARTARIII LXI | ||||||

I like to Thank the doctor for helping me with my life problems i am register on this practice ordinance from 2012 but no one Doctor doesn’t understand my problem over 5 years. Only one person who helped me lots was the doctor sorts out my issues and i don’t have to repeat myself plenty time he realises straight my problem and help me ! Thank you | ||||||

From the receptionist to the nurse's and Doctor's and even further to the practice manager this surgery is a well-oiled project everyone knows there roles and communication from what I have personally seen are exceptional and the service provided is integral to the community. | ||||||
