I have been using this surgery for several years, and I think it has improved since it changed hands, for example, I've found it easier to get through by phone and to make appointments.
My most recent experience was a good one - I got a phone consultation with a doctor the same day and was able to get a prescription over the phone, which I picked up from the chemist that afternoon.
I also got a quick referral for physio. Then, on the same day I popped in to book a flu jab and was given one there and then.
The surgery seems a lot more well organised recently. I'd recommend it to people living in the area. | ||||||

Sustained a head injury, nobody at home and no neighbours about , took a chance a popped into surgery reception staff extremely helpful and efficient and kindly made appointment to see a doctor, who examined me thoroughly eye sight/ balance/ printed information sheet regarding head injuries arranged for the nurse to clean wound and put dressing on . Excellent care and marvellous service. | ||||||

I just registered with this surgery in January and I cannot fault it one bit. The staff are very helpful when you phone for an appointment and then when you have an investigation they will call you and tell you the Dr wants to see you. I have never had this at my previous surgery which was always difficult to get an appointment at. So far I have only good things to say about this surgery, so hopefully it will continue this way. | ||||||
