I just wanted to provide some positive feedback about one of the practice nurses at the surgery, I had a procedure which I was very worried about and previously had a bad experience. She was excellent in reassuring me, talking me through what she was doing, incredibly supportive and empathetic, I appreciated her approach so much and she made the whole thing less scary than I anticipated it would be, a brilliant nurse who embodies everything that is wonderful about the NHS. | ||||||
