Impossible to get an appointment unless you call at 8am or 2pm and then after a long wait on the phone they have usually been taken. Getting through on the phone for anything is a joke, you are on hold forever and I have often given up. You have to stand outside and discuss your medical issue in front of anyone else who happens to be there through an intercom as they won't let you in. Doctors appointments are by telephone only and from my own and others experiences they don't call when they are supposed to, I had an afternoon one booked and they called in the morning and expect you to drop everything. The entrance is not cleaned and there are filthy used face masks in the bushes and on the floor. This place is not fit for purpose. | ||||||

It's a pity you cannot bottle / clone some of the doctors and keep them.....the 2 best GP's at this practice have retired, followed by others that have left. It's a lot of pressure on the remaining GP's, they all have their work cut out... Whole health system is rocking @ the knees.... | ||||||

I’ve been using this surgery for past 12 years and I must say the device I get is really brilliant, the Doctors are very helpful and they often try to help .The lady’s at the reception often provide brilliant services, always happy to help get you to see one of the doctors even if they have to book you an appointment at the Beckenham Beacon. | ||||||
