Don't bother calling, the phone is engaged all day. If you do get through someone says, 'Do you mind if I *just* put you on hold', and then does it without waiting for an answer. Then 15 minutes pass... As for an example of my treatment, I've been registered here a few months, recently tried to get a repeat prescription...couldn't get an appointment....couldn't get a prescription...so had to make an appointment with my hospital consultant and then ask him for an emergency prescription. But obviously that didn't last forever so I eventually had to try this shambles of an operation...asked my pharmacist to put in the prescription...followed it up...couldn't speak to anyone, couldn't get through...kept calling...no sign of it...waited a week...kept calling...my medication ran out, so finally I had to take time off work just to walk into the surgery, as this was the only option available to actually speak to someone there. Waited at the desk for 25 minutes. Finally spoke to someone...turns out the prescription request had been received over a week previously, but hadn't been issued as I needed to see a nurse at the surgery, then go to the hospital for a blood test. Obviously nobody thought to tell me about it though, so thanks very much for that. An absolute shambles. Disgusting. Do not go here under any circumstances |

I call continuously to get an appointment and its proves difficult. You can only call day before and there is NO walk in. Im going to seek a new practice. You have to call over and over just so someone answers |
