I just registered with this GP office and have been incredible impressed so far.
-The building is really nice and new, with none of that 'medical smell' you sometimes get
-The reception staff were friendly (totally different to my old GP office) and there have been next day appointments offered both times I've needed to book something, and when I couldn't do the next day they were able to offer me something on my next free day.
-The medical staff I've met so far were friendly and took their time in the appointment so I didn't feel rushed, and I was encouraged to make further appointments to follow up.
Going to the GP is often quite a stressful thing since you're normally not feeling your best when you go, but I'm really happy so far with this practice. | ||||||

I have been waiting outside the surgery since09:00 this morning but they have not opened yet. It is now 09:36 The Saturday opening hours are 09:00 -12:00
Not sure if they are opening today. Does anyone know? | ||||||

I called in the morning at 08.30 to request for an urgent call back from a doctor as I am having MS attack, receptionis advised that i should get a call back between when i called at 12. When i rang 12.15 she raised her voice at me when i tried to correct what I was advised and put the phone down. This will be taken further against receptionist, rude rude rude | ||||||
