I have a list of complaints Ive made over the years, and today I am now writing another about the very same things! Goes to show they don't value patients or our feedback because nothing changes and you're treated awfully when you complain. Terrible service | ||||||

It takes 1 hour to get to the telephone line and book appointment. Further, they give you telephonic appointment with nurse after 3weeks, then drag it another few weeks to give you an appointment with doctor mostly telephonic. Last six months, I had five appointments cancelled at last minute because doctor was not available. Last week, when my appointment was cancelled, I took a private video appointment for same day and to my surprise my NHS GP turned on the private video appointment. This is a disgrace of a service and should be taken over by NHS. | ||||||
