First used this health centre when renting upon our return to the UK after 35 years overseas and choose to buy our current flat with living in their catchment area as a key rationale. All the Drs are first class as are the support staff. | ||||||

From the receptionists to the GP's the service is excellent. They are always professional and go out of their way to help. We chose our flat based on the location so we could stay in their catchment area. | ||||||

Administration is fraught with poor service and misinformation. When I call to get a same day appointment, I am informed that they are all gone and to try at 8am or 2pm as that is when more appointments are released. When I call at 2pm, it takes me 30 minutes to get through past the busy signal and then I hold on the queue for another 20 minutes to be informed that no appointments remain. When I call at 8am, I am informed that no appointments remain and that actually, there were only 5 appointments released. In reality, the surgery sets the wrong expectation about appointment availability. When I tried to check in for an appointment, they didn't know how to check me in. When I called and asked about my records, I was given wrong information because they did not listen to my question, interrupted me and talked over me. I was given wrong information about immunization timings as well. I was informed that I would receive a text reminder to book a booster shot, but no such thing occurred. In general, the surgery is poorly administered with no regard for the patient's experience. | ||||||
