To get through to this surgery is a nightmare, everything has to go through a doctor, I hung on the phone for 1hr and 45 mins and told to call back at 12 to which I refused and insisted that I be put on the duty doctors list,I was not going to hang on the phone for another 2 hours more to not get an appt and the redemptions was rude , I worked in a surgery for 20 years and was never rude to any patients and may I say this was to help an elderly pt who was over 90 years old and she was very frustrated upset at the way the whole system works from phoning, pressing different numbers to being on hold for such a long time, there should be a system where the elderly get some sort of priority. She has dedicated doctor which is a joke as CANT GET THROUGH to the surgery. | ||||||

I had an appointment booked which had to be rescheduled due to the Dr being ill which happens, then lovely lady on reception at Crowndale did all she could to find me a same day appointment although it has to be at another surgery in Tulse Hill! I went to the appointment and this was the worst experience ever, the locum was uninterested un helpful and had no companion or empathy for my situation, I left surgery after an hour with no help or prescription the girl at reception in Tulsr Hill need to be fired, I called the Crowndale to book a new appointment and explained what had just happened in the Tulse Hill surgery and the receptionist was extremely helpful and booked me to see a nurse the same day the nurse that I saw was excellent passionate ,patient ,help with my query and made sure that she had explained everything in respect of the questions I asked, All this In Reasonable time, she is amazing Crowndale you are angels, Excellent team work and the nurse went above and beyond to help me along side her colleagues. I have only been coming here a short while and I find the staff and receptionist really helpful. I have also found two doctors to be outstanding with there care and compassion about my mental health and also my physical health The surgery always try to resolve problems I have as soon as they can . I would strongly recommend this Gp surgery to my friends and family and also say the doctors I have seen since the merger have been outstanding. I never feel rush with appointment. I feel safe and able to say how I feel. Keep up the good work and keep smiling. The receptionist are doing a amazing job I find the healthcare assistant who deals with many more aspects of the surgery to be a friendly and lovely young man . All the other receptionist are doing AMAZING THINGS TO!! | ||||||
