The wonderful nurse. I had an excellent experience with Doctor Zoe, but I still haven't been able to solve some problems I feel. I still have a lot of pain and I need medication. Maybe they could refer me to their osteopath or holistic industry experts to help me. I find it extremely bureaucratic. I spoke with a lady who identified herself as someone who works in administration (I don't remember her name), who showed interest in helping me. My social prescriber is fantastic, humane and very professional. |

I have always had the same GP for the past 30years and then moved to east Dulwich and was recommend to join 306 Medical Centre by a friend.
It was the best decision I made. I can’t fault the practice.
They have the loveliest reception staff who go out of their way to help you and to chase up on things.
The clinical staff such as nurses and GPs are wonderful.. They take time to listen and understand you, they go above and beyond for you.
I understand that the waiting time is long, but what GP surgery doesn't suffer with long waiting times. We all have different needs and different disabilities, we just have to be considerate of one another and realise that there will always be someone off worse than yourself.
I feel privileged to be part of this surgery and to be treated by the gps and have a lovely service from the reception staff.
Some of my worst health issues have developed this year and I couldn’t have got through it without the help of this medical practise, so I will forever be grateful for the care and support that each individual has provided. . |
