New appointment booking system is ridiculous. Fill form out to get an appointment time that may not be convenient for one reason or another. The waiting room area had over 20 chairs, now has 9 chairs, why? Doesn't seem that this is being utilised very well. And the NHS wonder why people Google problems. The surgery is getting worse not better. They only acknowledge good reviews not poor ones. You have to keep chasing responses as I get told they will get back and never do. Have to chase results as they never get back. This is people's health. | ||||||

Hard to imagine how it could get worse but the imaginative stakeholders at Wells Park are sure to find a way. The practice acts as a barrier to healthcare not a provider. I wonder how many patients have given up trying to see a doctor at Wells Park and have developed serious conditions as a reault. | ||||||
