Dr Mary Jane is very good I have found this for real, but the surgery last 15 years, normally icy by Dr Mary Jane with my family, my wife and my daughter very happy from this doctor. She always check in very good and give him the right medication as she is very polite. |

Tried complaining about this practice so many times they simply aren’t interested. There’s one particular receptionist mentioned throughout who should have been dismissed years ago why they haven’t is inexplicable. Perhaps she is blackmailing them. Official NHS reviews on NHS.uk are pointless as you cannot say anything truthful that’s negative without them refusing to publish it saying you need to make a complaint even though those aren’t dealt with. They are effectively whitewashing the truth from patient experience and making out the practice are wonderful. The truth is the receptionist mentioned elsewhere has the attitude of a prison guard, and gives good GP receptionists a bad name. Mr Smith and doctors wake up and smell the coffee why do you think your CQC rating stated requires improvement when it comes to being well led? And do you really find it appropriate to have a receptionist shouting confidential information in the reception area appropriate, or denying patients from using the patient toilet because she doesn’t want them to even when they are disabled, even telling them to use the pods in the market, hospital, or ones at the shopping centre instead. Then smirking to herself behind the desk screens while they wait believing someone is in there until they have to leave because she doesn’t want to unlock it. Why does a toilet need to be locked with a key overnight anyway beyond pettiness or because someone might actually use it and it require cleaning? |
