Absolutely useless. Call at Exactly 8am to get an appointment, after holding on the phone for almost 30 minutes, only to be told there are no more appointment slots. This happens every time I call, and I have tried many times over the year, Not fit for purpose.. |

DMC are so unhelpful. They are now too big so I suggest you look for a smaller practice if you want more helpful care. I had to go to the USA urgently sue to family illness. I had to leave without enough medication. I needed a telephone consultation to have my meds released….a friend was then going to ship them to USA by UPS 24 hr service. DMC said they would not call the USA and they refused to give me the number of the employee I needed to speak to as they worked from home. Shocking lack of flexibility/poor use of technology in 2022….shame on them….all they want to focus on is billing the NHS to maximise profits…. You watch, they will probably reply saying something like….” Thank you for reaching out to us. We will pass on your feedback to the team so that we can improve our service” it’s just lip service. |
