Always rude and out of line, the receptionists at this surgery lack training and the skill let alone basic human decency to carry out the role they are trusted with. Bearing in mind that surgeries adhere to regulations by the ‘Care Quality Comission’ the lack of quality and the failure of care at the surgery is totally absurd! You get messsges telling you they are now closed, and to call back Monday to Friday between 9 & 5 when you are calling at 1pm in the day; you then attempt to address the concern and you are persistently declined any actual help in finding a resolution. You speak to them about appointments, they booked incorrectly and you are met with raised voices, aggressive looks and an aggressive body language; even when waiting on a cold day you ask for a little heat or warmth in the waiting room and you are not even responded to. I’m sorry but being in a customer facing role means you are to be able to actually provide a service. This surgery really isn’t, abd it has been going on for a number of years without any reprise fir the staff involved. Despicable! |

The doctor I see is a very caring and understanding doctor and I couldn’t fault him. It’s just such a shame that the practise is lead by such a rude, disrespectful and aggressive team of reception staff. I have encountered two-three totally different members of reception staff who have been so unbelievable rude to me. Only one has ever given me their name and the others refused. I’ve had one lady hang up on me mid conversation whilst I was trying to find out what would be the best appointment for me to make (telephone or in person) another one was incredibly passive aggressive and patronising. It really does sadden me that there’s such a great doctor at this practise but the reception staff are quiet honestly, the worst. |

Rude and unprofessional receptionist. Doesn’t seem happy in assisting and answering queries. Short tempered and greatly lacks compassion and competence. Booking an appointment seems a burden to her. Aggressive tone of voice and gestures. |
