Dr moodley has been amazing with me, she’s kind, patient and determined to help me. Receptions staff are also helpful with bookings/enquiries. |

Worst reception ever. I called this morning at 9 I was in the queue on the phone phone for 2-hours it was then 11 and I was number one in the queue reception answer the phone and put the phone straight down I tried to get back through and couldn't they didn't even bother to call me back this is so annoying what a waste of 2 hours I needed an appointment today and isn't any appointments until late next week they really need to sort that reception team out and give them better training. |

Worst reception ever Called this morning at 9.00 was in the on hold for two hours waiting to book a appointment. I was then number one in the queue this was now 11.00 and reception put the phone down as soon as they answered. this is so annoying what a waste of 2 hours. they need to sort their reception team out and give them better training And online no appointments until late next week I need an appointment today and no chance of that because they do not answer the phone. |
