I rang in at 8am this morning - had to wait in a queue 20 minutes but when I got through the receptionist was very efficient. The doctor I saw this afternoon could not have been more helpful-she didn’t rush me, listened and offered advice as well as sympathy then gave me a prescription and referred me onwards. It is obvious that everyone is working really hard and doing their best at the surgery which is no doubt a thankless task. The help they gave me today was great, so thank you! |

Actually almost laughable how rude the receptionist staff are. Appears that the slightest amount of inconvenience or work for them entitled them to be rude and cut-short with you. Always disapproving in their tone of voice and incredibly unwelcoming. Make you seem stupid and disheartened |

I feel I must leave a review after accompanying my partner to his doctors appointment this afternoon at the West End Practice. The Doctor we saw was amazing, she listened to the problem and explained everything through with us. The receptionist's have been lovely each time I have spoken to them (booking appointments & registering). This is also the quickest doctors for getting appointments. My partner got offered numerous appointments within the week I was calling (which these days, can be a rarity!!). So a big thanks to everyone at this surgery!! |
