When I have previously received treatment there then the doctors are really good.
However trying to book an appointment is frustratingly difficult. You can only book an appointment by calling them on the day at 8am. You cannot book in advance of the day. If you aren’t one of the lucky ones you just have to try again the next day. They do not have an email address and if you speak to the reception staff they are moody and unsympathetic. |

I recently moved into the area and registered at The Mill. I honesty have to say that this is the worst clinic I have ever been to - so much so, I will be registering at the Milford clinic. It is so difficult to get an appointment that I end up giving up. The only option is to end up with an emergency appointment when it isn't an emergency. 2 appointments that I did manage to book had been accidentally cancelled by the reception. The advance appointments get booked up so that's a no go. My login now doesn't work online so I have to go back in to the surgery to get it reset. I went in to the clinic yesterday to try and book another appointment and was told that the doctors for that specific thing were away for 3 weeks. I just want to scream. This clinic looks fabulous but is awful. |

Three different appointments on the same issue, different GP everytime, 3 totally different outcomes. Your just a number given 10 minutes if your lucky. Receptionist was rude on two occasions, pre judging at reception does not convey a good image of management and governance. I would also suggest modernisation to also accommodate Sat Services available at most surgeries now. |
