Very pleased with attention given. I was pleasantly surprised about the thoroughness of investigation given the number of people in the waiting room. There was a bit of a wait to get in but that’s acceptable. Most importantly I felt my condition was assessed very carefully, and the best approach was clearly explained. There was an offer of a follow-up appointment and a very sincere offer of support given the tough personal circumstances I’m experiencing. On a sample of only one visit, great service. |

I have been with this practice for more years than I care to mention and I have always found staff to be very caring even to the point of one Dr offering to see me in my car when I was unable to go into the actual surgery, can't fault them they have lots of patience , they need to to look after me. :0) Many thanks. |

We are new to this surgery and I have only needed to contact them once so far ( for knee pain ). I found the online request form a very quick and easy way to make contact. The response ( also by text ) was extremely quick and, as my problem was not urgent, it was clearly explained that the best course of action was to see the physiotherapist, so I was referred immediately and had an appointment within a few days. The advice and exercises I was given have helped enormously. I think a triage system, where you don't necessarily see a GP face-to-face first, is a sensible way to go considering the current pressures. Very happy so far ! |
