Waiting on test results. 2 weeks later (and after a number of calls) I get some of the results after finding out that they sent them elsewhere and that’s why they hadn’t come in. The surgery didn’t even give all the test results back. Have been given another phone consultation in 2 weeks to discuss whether or not they have the full test results. When trying to call it often takes 4/5 times for someone to actually answers the phone. To be honest I’m really disappointed, the practice used to be really good and efficient. | ||||||

Emergency referral not made. Not up-to-date with current practises for making referrals. Delayed referral by 6 days. Refused to send referral when requested.
