Very poor service no one answers the phones was on hold for 45mins no one answered them tried again got through after four attempts when they did answer the were not interested in helping me and told me to do it online I said no then they did it why do it online not everyone has access to it or email address overall not recommended very rude reception staff but the doctors are ok. |

I have been trying to reorder my prescription . I was told I needed to do this on line at a blood test appointment. I have since spent 1hour attempting to do this . I have tried every which way to link my go to me me . I have been advised that my information is not the same as the surgery has on file and am now holding on to phone , unsure if I have even connected to the correct telephone link. I used to have the prescription ordered by the pharmacy and only had to pick it up . Bad form |

The service is virtually inaccessible to elderly patients without smartphones snd internet access. Forced to use the phone, expect to hold for over 40 minutes! Sometimes the phone line is engaged - yesterday my phone recorded that I had dialled the practice phone number 48 times because the line was engaged on and off all day. When I got through to the receptionist she was extremely abrupt snd seemed to be obstructive. She told me my mother (a temporary resident) was ‘inactive’ but I should use the website to request an appointment which resulted in a message back saying she was still ‘inactive’, do no access to care. When I finally got through to the reception again the receptionist said there was no one in who could work the computer to reactivate her recorded. We went over why my fail mother with cancer who is clinically shielding and can not walk without pain should NOT go to a walk in centre or the hospital as exposure to COVID would be certain death, especially when all she needed, in order to avoid this, was antibiotics. I was told to call back in the morning. I can’t rate the service because we haven’t been able to use it - currently on hold for 53 minutes so far. Going to see how many reviews I can write while I am on hold.... |
