I'm not getting on well with this surgery. It is way too difficult to get an appointment, the receptionists are rude and don't want to deal with you they just want you to use the online forms but there is no messaging back to them. I have two problems I need sorting and they just don't seem to care, but I can't afford to go private so I am pretty stuck now. | ||||||

When I moved to St Johns from London I was worried seeing the reviews on here. I’ve been most impressed and the team of doctors we have seen as a family have all been excellent. We have complicated health conditions and they knew about them and have been very impressive with their care and attention. | ||||||

When trying to talk to someone, message tells you that you are 14in que, got down to 12 in queu, rang off and tried again a bit later, exactly the same message, don’t think the system is very good at all | ||||||
