The doctor’s and staff find time and listen polite to me My medication is always on time and if I need to make an appointment I can always get one all I would like to say thank you very much for all the doctors and staff | ||||||

First of all Thank you, this practice and it’s staff are just brilliant
They appear to have listened to the clients needs.. if they can’t help they go out of their way to help..
and a real positive is having the dispensary on site...

I have lived in Box Hill Village for 23 years, I have always used Hillside surgery and alays been happy with the service and treatment from both doctors and reception staff. However in the last few years the service has improved even more ! I don't bother asking to see a particular doctor unless it is one dealing with a complicated ongoing problem as they are all of such a high standard being polite, proffesional and efficient.
On many occasions I have arrived on time for my appointment and had to wait a short while, on some occasions as long as 45 mins. I would never dream of complaining about the delay however as on a couple of occasions my appointment has taken far more than the allotted 10 mins and i have never felt rushed or been pushed out so it is only fair that other patients get the same high standard of service.
