my family have been with this surgery for about 35 years and generally they are good, some doctors have been utterly brilliant whilst overs have not. However, the main problem is getting the receptionist, any receptionist, to actually hear what you are saying AND actually do the right thing. On countless occasions I have had to go back time and time again for the same thing before they do what is needed.
A little more time listening and concentrating on the patient at the first point of contact would prevent wasting patient and staff time. |

Once again I have reason to be very appreciative of the excellent care I’ve received from the staff at Greystones House. The Nurse Practitioner is alway so caring and capable and didn’t hesitate to refer me to the Surgical Assessment Unit as ESH last Saturday. It’s been necessary for me to have nurse appointments every day this week (and probably next) and all the nurses have been so capable, kind and caring. A doctors was called in when it was necessary, antibiotics changed and every precaution taken. The Receptionists at Greystone do an amazing job and were so helpful in fitting in all the appointments for me at such short notice. I’ve ALWAYS considered that I, and my family, are very fortunate to be linked to the Greystone practice. Once again, that opinion has been reinforced. |
