Phoned to arrange a blood test at the request of my doctor to be told that the earliest was the 9 February as the nurse who carries them had Covid I cannot believe that the practice does not have any other nurses who deal with blood test | ||||||

Sadly the reception staff seem to have no respect for carers or their family. I often feel intimidated. It was also very embarrassing to explain very personal symptoms infront of a group of other patients behind me. Complete lack of empathy. Have had to resort to private care. | ||||||
