Friendly cheerful staff, pleasant waiting room and they appear to run an efficient system. Unhurried GP consultations where they involve you in their decision making process. I'm sure this leads to fewer return visits for the practice. Telephone consultations are a great idea, speeding things up and avoiding unnecessary visits. Original Comment Report...
