After 70 minutes waiting to speak to reception to enquire about a phone call I was supposed to receive from a doctor that morning, but had not, I was told that they had in fact rang me (phone was on all day, with reception, no missed calls, no voice message, checked they had number right). It took me three weeks to even get this phone call booked in and then nobody called. Reception was rude and unhelpful. |

Admin are useless, or bots. Serious queries not dealt with professionally nor by their 'standards'. Any poke or complaint in their operations results in nil. I get better treatment from prisoners. |

My family and I have been patients at Upper Gordon Road surgery for many years going back to when Mr Robert’s was the senior partner and have always received great care for me and my family. However I feel I must highlight my recent excellent care and attention that I have received over the last few weeks from Dr Whitehouse and her team. I called the surgery to speak to a doctor and was number 3 in the queue, within minutes I spoke briefly to the receptionist who informed me that a doctor would call me back within 2 hours, which Dr Whitehouse did. After I informed her of my issues she asked me to come to surgery and she would see me a few hours later. When I arrived I was seen within 10mins, I was greeted by Dr Whitehouse and a trainee Doctor and the process was explained to me. The outcome and scans/biopsy was all complete with 16 working days! Thank you very much |
